Do you remove product from another salon?

We sure do, but only our own! We don’t do foreign fills or remove product from other salons. That is how we protect the health of your nails and the integrity of our work. First time with us? Come in with bare, product-free nails.

What is a Structured Gel Overlay?

A Structured Gel Overlay adds strength and support to your natural nails using a flexible gel overlay customized to your nail shape and length. It includes detailed nail and cuticle care and can be finished with a classic color or custom nail art. 

What is Gel-X?

Gel-X is a lightweight, full-cover nail extension designed to add length while maintaining a natural-looking finish. Your service includes nail prep, application, shaping, and your choice of gel color. 

What nail shapes can I get with Gel-X?

Our current Gel-X shapes include Oval, Almond, Square, Coffin, and Stiletto. 

Can I get nail art?

Absolutely! We offer three nail-art tiers based on the complexity of your design. From chrome and simple lines to French tips, florals, plaid, ombré, and more detailed designs, there's plenty of room to get creative.

Should I bring inspiration photos?

Yes, please! If you have a specific color, design, shape, or vibe in mind, bringing inspiration photos is always helpful. You can also text inspiration to the SBB front desk before your appointment so it can be shared with your nail artist. 

What is a Dry Manicure?

A Dry Manicure is a water-free manicure focused on detailed cuticle care, shaping, and natural nail maintenance. You can add Dazzle Dry for fast-drying, non-toxic color or gel polish.

Do you offer manicures for kids?

Yes! Our Mini Mani is designed for ages 5–11 and includes nail trimming, shaping, and Dazzle Dry polish. Optional nail art and stickers are also available. 

Can I change my nail shape or design during my appointment?

Absolutely. Just communicate your vision with your nail artist before the service begins so they can make sure your appointment is set up for what you're

wanting.

How long is a nail appointment?
Give yourself 1.5 to 2.5 hours. A clean structured gel set lands on the shorter side; long Gel-X with all the art takes the full time. Good nails take time, and we promise they’re worth every minute. Bring a snack, bring your playlist, bring a book & relax.

How often should I come back?
Every 3 weeks. That keeps your structure balanced as your nails grow and your set looking fresh. Pro tip: book your next appointment before you leave so you get the spot you want.

What’s the difference between Gel-X and a Structured Gel Overlay?
Gel-X = length, right now. It’s a lightweight, full-cover extension for a polished, natural look. Structured gel = strength for your own nails, so you can grow them out healthy. Want long nails today? Gel-X. Growing your own? Structured gel.

Can I switch from structured gel to Gel-X?
Absolutely! We will take off your SBB structured gel and give you a fresh Gel-X set. Just book a removal along with your Gel-X service so we have time for both.

Can I book just a removal?
Yes! Taking a break? Book a removal of your SBB product and we will gently take it off without damaging your natural nails.

Do you offer pedicures?
Not right now. We are all about hands: structured gel, Gel-X, dry manicures and nail art that will make your group chat jealous.

What is Dazzle Dry?
Dazzle Dry is our fast-drying, non-toxic, chip-resistant polish. It’s perfect if you want color without gel. Add it to any Dry Manicure for $15.

How do I take care of my nails between appointments?
Cuticle oil every single day (we mean it), gloves for dishes and cleaning, and please do not use your nails as tools. If anything lifts or breaks, text the front desk at 817-266-1993. No picking!
